We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. We do offer replacements or exchanges in the rare occasion that you may have received a defective product. If you feel a replacement is necessary, please email us at
info@fabhairinternational.com within 5 days of receiving your order, make sure to describe the problem and include photo evidence. Our support team will contact you back within 2 business days notifying you whether a replacement or exchange has been authorized. If an exchange is approved FAB Hair International will provide you with a return authorization including paid postage to return the defective product. Shipping for approved replacements and exchanges will be covered by FAB Hair International.
