Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days of the order being placed. We primarily ship via USPS and offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order with standard shipping and 3-5 business days for express orders.
Shipping rates may vary depending on the location and/or shipping options selected. For orders of $75 or more we offer free standard shipping. Regular shipping rates will apply to all Express orders.
Please verify that the shipping address is correct before submitting your order, we cannot change or correct an address once an order is processed.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. We do offer replacements or exchanges in the rare occasion that you may have received a defective product. If you feel a replacement is necessary, please email us at info@fabhairinternational.com within 5 days of receiving your order, make sure to describe the problem and include photo evidence. Our support team will contact you back within 2 business days notifying you whether a replacement or exchange has been authorized. If an exchange is approved FAB Hair International will provide you with a return authorization including paid postage to return the defective product. Shipping for approved replacements and exchanges will be covered by FAB Hair International.
